This paper reconstructs Old Bende Division as inventors and military users of Nsibidi and controllers of Bight of Biafra trade to Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Sao Tome, Gabon, Congo, Angola. It inventories full Bende: Ohafia 26 villages, Abiriba 3 Ameke/Amogudu/Agboji, Nkporo 8 Agbaja Amurie Elughu Etitiana Ndi Nko Obofia Okwoko Ukwa, Uzuakoli 5, Item 9, Ibeku 11, Bende town, Igbere 13, Abam, Edda, Afikpo.
