How my 1 year old son became world's youngest Guinness World Record holder- mom

It is official. World's youngest Guinness Book of Records' holder is African.
And this is just moments after an African was acknowledged by Guinness World Records for yet another extraordinary achievement. In May, Nigeria's 31-year-old Helen Williams was listed as a Guinness World Record holder for crafting the world's widest wig.
This time Ace-Liam a Ghanaian barely two years old has caught the attention of the Guinness World Records.

Ace-Liam Nana Sam Ankrah from Ghana, at 1 year 152 days, is recognized as the youngest artist in the world by the Guinness Book of World Records.
His first masterpiece titled The Crawl was created when he was six months old while learning to crawl.
His abstract paintings are inspired by the world around him, focusing on expression and exploration.
When Ace-Liam was only six months old, his mother Chantelle, who is also an artist, discovered his love of painting.

“While learning to crawl, I spread out a piece of unstretched canvas on the floor and dropped some paint on it as a way to keep him busy while I worked on a commission painting,” Liam’s mom elaborated.

“He ended up spreading the paint all over the canvas, and in the process, he created his first masterpiece titled The Crawl. It was clear that he found a lot of joy in it,” she added.

The young artist has garnered a lot of attention from the media both local and international and has also caught the attention of the Ghanaian First Lady.

Ace-Liam took part in his first group show at the Ghanaian Museum of Science and Technology, The Soundout Premium show, with more than 20 paintings he had done.

Around ten of his pieces are exhibited and available for purchase. Nine of those ten were sold while the exhibit was going on.

His mother noted that since Liam learned to talk, all he does is ask for a canvas to express his creativity. She also revealed that rather than portraying a particular concept, Liam’s art focuses on expression and exploration.

“His abstract paintings are inspired by the world around him; colors, shapes, textures, and his mood. Every painting is an expression of his curiosity and joy in discovering new things,” she said.

Upon the recognition of his record as the youngest male artist in the world, Ace-Liam's parents immediately began seeking ways to get him into an environment where a top-notch school might foster his creative talent.
